We offer a 5-year warranty on our finished products and a 2-year warranty on parts, in accordance with our warranty terms and conditions. Experiencing a problem with your Harol product during the warranty period? Please contact your Harol specialist. If the warranty conditions are met, Harol, as the manufacturer, will provide your Harol specialist with the parts covered by the warranty free of charge. The warranty on parts does not automatically cover labour, travel expenses, diagnosis, disassembly, installation or other costs associated with an intervention. These services are provided by the Harol specialist. Any related costs are determined by the specialist and should preferably be agreed in advance. We therefore recommend discussing any applicable service charges with your Harol specialist before an intervention takes place.
