What type of screens are there?

Surface-mounted screens
Surface-mounted screens are installed in front of the window. The screen box is installed on the exterior of the building, above the window, ‘on the opening’ or ‘in the opening’ against the window profile.

Built-on screens
Pre-fitted onto the window frame and installed as one unit, making the box invisible on the outside and visible on the inside of the house. Ideal for new build projects and comprehensive renovations.

Built-in screens
Built-in screens are installed in the cavity so the box is not visible on the exterior wall and they are completely concealed when not in use.
